Robert Boston

Robert has practised law on the Gold Coast as a partner of Steindls Lawyers & Notary since 1980. Robert retired from the partnership and continues to work at Steindls as a consultant.

 

Robert, until his retirement, managed the litigation practice of the firm and, over the years, took a particular interest in mentoring young lawyers to practice the law with skill and determination to achieve the best and most equitable result for the client no matter whether prosecuting or defending a cause of action before a Tribunal or the Supreme, District, Magistrate or Federal Courts.

 

Robert conducted his litigation practice, specialising in business and consumer law disputes, bankruptcy and insolvency law, body corporate law and disputes, property and building disputes, Elder law and disputes involving deceased estates.

 

Robert proudly handed over his role as litigation partner to Matthew Jones. Matthew commenced his legal undergraduate training at Steindls under Robert Boston's mentorship and guidance.

 

Over recent years, the firm has focused on increasingly providing its services to the local and wider Japanese and Asian communities.
